Stauning Rye Danish Whisky is made from 51% rye and 49% barley malt. All these ingredients come from the local malting ground and are produced by traditional production methods in the Stauning distillery itself. This whisky requires a sense of adventure, malting the rye, as in this case, is considered a rather unusual method. Tasting notes:Color: Amber. Nose: Fresh bread, pepper, wine gum.
