The resin of the Mastiha tree, which is only found on the island of Chinos in Greece, forms the basis of this liqueur. After harvesting, the resin is selected, cleaned and slowly and gently freed of impurities in copper pot stills. Once the distillation is finished, spring water and sugar are added - the Skinos Mastiha is complete.
