Reisetbauer's high-quality noble brandy range comprises over 20 different varieties and offers not only the classics Williams, apricot or plum but also unusual varieties such as carrot, ginger or quince. The apples used for the production come from Reisetbauer's own cultivation and are carefully picked by hand. The fully ripe fruits are finely crushed into a mash and fermented at 19° Celsius for 14 days. After fermentation is complete, the mash is distilled according to the raw and fine distillation process. Tasting notes:Colour: Clear. Nose: Airy-lightly enchanting, touch of citrus.
